I Get It! Been there- In it! 

When I stepped into Menopause I felt completely alone. Like I was the only one going through it.  Obviously I am not alone, all females go through Menopause at some point!! However, I felt like no one was talking about it!!

 And that's when my mission to figure out a holistic approach to menopause began.     

Once I understood how to transform the way I approached menopause and got my symptoms and pain points under control, I wanted to shout it from the mountaintop!  My suffering was being handled, and I don't want any other women to suffer for another minute....alone.
