Menopause is a strange stage of life! It's depressing and exciting all at the same time.  I knew it was coming, and I couldn't wait to celebrate the end of monthly cramps and menstruating- I mean, hallelujah!    But somehow, once I arrived,  Wowza!   No one prepared me for all the "stuff" that comes with being old enough to hit Menopause.  Hot flashes, insomnia, weight gain, anxiety, brain fog, aging parents, and becoming an empty nester.

 It's a lot to handle all at once.

I Get It! I've been there- I'm still in it! 

When I stepped into Menopause, I felt completely alone. Like I was the only one going through it.  Obviously, I am not alone; all females go through Menopause at some point!! However, I felt like no one was talking about it!!

 And that's when my mission to figure out a holistic approach to menopause began.     

Once I understood how to transform the way I approached menopause and got my symptoms and anxiety under control, I wanted to shout it from the mountaintop!  My suffering was being handled, and I don't want any other woman to suffer for another minute....alone.
